Return and Refund Policy

At Wirov, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for our home collections.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The home product must be in the same condition as received

  • Unused, unassembled (if applicable), and with original tags or labels

  • In its original packaging (to ensure safe transit)

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at: support@wirov.com. If your return request is approved:

  • We will provide return instructions and next steps

  • You may be asked to provide photos of the item and its packaging to help us review the request

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving authorization may not be accepted. If you have any questions regarding returns, you can always contact us at support@wirov.com.

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your home furnishings upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include clear photos of the item and the shipping box when possible.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Items showing signs of use, assembly, or alteration caused by the customer

  • Items returned without complete original packaging

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window

  • Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable)

If you are unsure whether your specific home decor item qualifies, please contact us before starting a return.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the home product you want is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

6. European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required This right applies regardless of our standard 30-day return policy.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@wirov.com.

8. Return Address

A return authorization is required before sending any items back. Once approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
